Riva Helensburgh is running monthly competitions for all customers the chance to win an experience for two. Included within the prize will be a one night stay, one bottle of Prosecco & three-course meal.  Simply leave your contact information so we can keep you informed and write a review on Trip Advisor through the link here.

By entering the Promotion, you hereby agree to be bound by these rules (Specific Terms and Conditions).

If there is any conflict between these Specific Terms and Conditions and the General Terms and Conditions occurs, these terms and conditions will prevail.

 

How to Enter

To enter the Riva prize draw simply leave a review on Trip Advisor before 12pm (GMT) on the last day of every month, beginning 31st October 2021.

 

Qualifying items are :

First & Surname. Phone number. Positive review on Trip Advisor.

Participation

This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) and The Republic of Ireland for participants that are age 18 or over. This promotion excludes any employees of Riva and anyone who otherwise connected with the operation of the Promotion (including third party sponsors and promotional partners) and the immediate families and/or household members of all such individuals.

The Promotion begins at 00:00 (BST) on 1st September 2021 and closes at 12:00PM (BST) October 2021. All entries received outside of this period will be applied to the following month competition. Participants are permitted to make a maximum of one entry per person per mobile number during the promotion period. Any entries not submitted through the official entry method will not be accepted. The use of script, macro or any automated system to enter the Promotion is prohibited and entries made (or appearing to be made) using any such system will be treated as void. Any incomplete or fraudulent entries will also be treated void.

Winners and Prizes

There will be a prize every month for one lucky winner. Each prize winner can bring one guest. The winners will be chosen at random from Trip Advisor & validated with the contact details provided on the entry page.

Details of the prize are as follows :

A one night stay for two people Bottle of Prosecco Three course meal for two people Reservation changes will not be permitted after flights have been confirmed and hotel rooms have been allocated. All incidental expenses will be the responsibility of the prize-winners. Once the booking for hotel & meal has been confirmed, it is non-changeable and non-refundable. No cash alternative to the prize, in part or in whole, will be offered. If you miss your scheduled date or fail to arrive your prize will be void and cancelled. All winners and their accompanying guests must travel on the same itinerary. All parts of the prize must be used within in the same booking. The prize does not include travel between the winner's home and Riva Helensburgh.

Winner Announcement and Claiming of Prize

The winners will be contacted by SMS within seven days of the close of the promotional period. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available, the promoter reserves the right to re-draw another entrant. Winners may be required to submit valid identification before receiving the prize to prove their eligibility. Winners will be required to confirm acceptance of their prize within 28 days of having been notified. A voucher and all other adequate documentation will be provided to the winner, which must be retained. If the winner does not claim their prize by the date specified, refuses to or is unable to attend, the Promoter retains the right to award the prize to another participant. Data Protection, Publicity & Rights of Use Participant data will be collected by the Promoter and may be shared with the Promoter's agents and affiliates and any third-party prize provider. Information provided by participants will only be used for the purpose of conducting this Promotion (including for prizes to be delivered) and other purposes as may be specified at the time of entry or on other Promoter's promotional materials. Personal information will be used in accordance with the applicable privacy policy in place. Winner's names will be published or made publicly available if they are a winner of the Promotion. We may also make free use of this information and winner's photographs, videos or audio clips for both during this promotion and future marketing activity by the Promoter. The winner and their guest may also be required to participate in reasonable publicity activities such as photography and video for social media platforms. Any personal data relating to the winners and any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party. General The decision of the Promoter is final and binding on the participants. In the case that participants do not provide the required information requested when participating in the Promotion, their entry will become void. The Promoter reserves the right to require participants to prove their eligibility to the Promotion. If any winner is found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to award their prize to another participant and/or require the return of the prize if already awarded. Participants must not do anything illegal and/or dangerous and/or that would put themselves or others at any risk. Riva will not be responsible for any damage, loss or injury resulting from participant's entry into the Promotion or their acceptance and/or use of the prize, or for technical, hardware or software failures, lost, faulty or unavailable network connections or difficulties of any kind that may limit or prohibit participant's ability to participate in the Promotion. The Promoter holds no responsibility for any lost, damaged, delayed, illegible or incomplete entries. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall in any way limit the Promoter's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for any other matter where liability may not be limited as a matter of law. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify or replace the Competition (including altering prizes) at any time if the Competition is not capable of being conducted as specified. Any participant who enters or attempts to enter the Promotion in a manner, which in the Promoter's reasonable opinion is contrary to these Terms and Conditions or by its nature is unjust to other participants (including tampering with the operation of the Promotion, cheating, hacking, deception or any other unfair playing practices such as intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other participants or the Promoter and/or any of its agents or representatives) may be rejected from the Promotion at the Promoter's sole discretion. Furthermore, where such actions have significantly impaired the Promotion, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, add further stages to the Promotion as it deems reasonably necessary in order to resolve any problems arising from such actions.
